The Build

For a national-level competition at IIT Delhi, we designed and built an autonomous payload delivery drone. Competing against top college teams, the challenge was to create a system that could reliably pick and drop payloads without manual control.

How It Works

The drone used an electromagnet-based pickup system mounted underneath. Powered by iNav flight software, it executed autonomous navigation with precision. Achieving this required extensive tuning, testing, and real-world iteration.

The Result

The system performed consistently under pressure and outperformed competing designs. We secured first place and won ₹1.5 lakh, marking one of the biggest milestones in my journey.
